Subsidies for rehabilitation at the building level, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter IV of Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates the aid programs for residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Plan. of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience, have as their objective, both in urban and rural areas, the financing of works or actions in buildings for predominantly residential use in which an accredited improvement in energy efficiency is obtained, with special attention to the envelope construction in buildings of collective residential typology, including their homes, and in single-family homes.
